Q: Why I can not visit my camera roll? Old version can do this!
A: App Store doesn't allow any operation to external directory now. So, we removed the functionality.
Q: I've uploaded small and simple documents in the formats of RTF and Discover still won't let me view them.
A: Some file formats are not supported on the iPhone/iPod Touch, read Viewing.
Q: How to download files from iPhone to PC using Discover?
A: In WebDAV drag the file you want from your iPhone to you Desktop or other folder. In you browser click on the file you want the press download.
Q: I can't upload any file of my PC to iPhone using new version of software. I do it in the same way like with old version but anything happens.
A: Read the WebDAV and Browser section of Discovers Help system.
Q: I see folders but do not see a way to upload or download.
A: Currently Discover only supports upload or download a single file.
Q:How to remove advertisement?
A: Buy the full version of Discover, named as Discover Pro.
Q: The password protection on iPhone side does not yet work properly.
A: Try re-configuring the password. Or re-install Discover and try again.
Q: Language support for Discover.( Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French etc.)
A: At this point Discover does not support other languages besides English and Simplified Chinese.
Q: I'm getting a blank screen when I start up Discover.
A: It is a old bug of Discover 0.9.5, please update to latest version of Discover.
Q: Our office wifi does not allow me to connect for security reasons (different subnets), USB cable transfer would be great.
A: This may be released in future versions.
Q: I try to Map Network Drive I get a "The network path http://192.168.1.100:8888 could not be found" error.
A: Go back into Discover and Press the Green dot and see if the two Network Paths match.
